Unemployment is set to remain higher for longer than previously thought, according to new projections from the Federal Reserve that would mean more than 10 million Americans remain jobless through the 2012 elections - even as a separate report shows corporate profits reaching their highest levels ever.

I'm not trying to impress anyone at the holidays but I know we keep hearing things are better and I know it's the holidays and that a lot of people will shop this Friday. Keep in mind the above when spending.
Now for an easy solution. Kathy e-mailed about rolls. She knows how to cook them in the oven. She just buys them, puts them on a cookie sheet and tosses them in the oven set to the temp on the bag. But she wants them golden like on TV.
That's butter or a butter substitute. To get that, before you pop them in the oven, wipe the tops with butter (or butter substitute) or spray them with butter or butter substitue.
That will give them golden look.
