That's not an improvement.
Julie e-mailed. Her problem is she wants to make omelets.
But she can't get them to stay together.
So if that's your problem, here's what you do, you make eggs.
An omelet is a light and thick. It has ingredients that you can make with scrambled eggs.
So slice some onions, some peppers (bell and/or jalapeno) and get some cheese and olives and/or mushrooms.
Add then to a skillet with some eggs you crack open and scramble.
It will be like an omelet.
When you're ready to try omelets, remember that you can cook the bottom, fold it in half in the skillet and then cook. In the old days, we didn't have that option. We had to flip the entire thing.
So it's easier today.
