Double-digit unemployment. I'm not seeing any real effort by the White House to address this. But all they've done for weeks now is send Barack and Joe all over the country to raise money for the Democratic Party.
Some people are up in arms about the Supreme Court decision that allows a number of contributions that don't pass the smell test. Maybe some of those people complaining might also take the time to propose either a limit on or completely no campaigning by sitting presidents?
I really think that during the Great Recession, it is shameful to shirk your job by traveling all around the country in order to raise money and I think it's appalling, in the great recession, for the administration to be meeting with big donors who can throw around money while so many Americans are hurting.
