She told her friends about what she could do and they were unimpressed. (Possibly jealous?) They said anyone could make a hot dog. So she now makes "Fancy Dogs." This is Marla's recipe as written down by her mom.
Cook two hot dogs in the toaster oven until they are plump and split down the seam.
Place in a hot dog bun with mustard on its sides.
Add a pickle slick to each dog, inside the bun.
Top with relish.
Grind fresh pepper of both dogs.
Place each dog in a plate and add some Lays potato chips next to them.
That is the Fancy Dogs recipe. And Marla is a smart cook.
After her friends pooh-pahed her hot dogs, she came up with Fancy Dogs, invited them over and served them each a Fancy Dog. They wanted more. Yes, Marla, that's how you know you're a good cook.
So good for Marla.
Meanwhile Barack Obama's saying the unemployment rate could be down to 8% by the time of the 2012 election.
Yeah, it could be.
It's not likely that it will be.
And most informed watchers are saying it won't be.
